For general repeat work, we work on three to four weeks delivery or a new product to be manufactured on our shop floor we allow six week this is dependent on the quantity required.

We have the capabilities to weld materials such as mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Our lead times for laser cutting and folded parts is five to seven working days dependent upon volume.

Providing we have the materials in stock we will turn laser cutting around within two to three days also dependent upon volume.

We can cut mild steel stainless steel aluminium as well as titanium, brass and copper.

We can cut materials from .5mm up to 25 this is dependent on the type of material.

We have a fully automated powder coating line, which will take parts up to four meters in length and 1.5 meters in drop.

Our manufacturing facilities host laser cutting, CNC punching CNC folding, Production welding and fabrication and powder coating and assembly.
